What do you do, Tim?
I get asked a lot about how I workout, what I eat, how I supplement, etc. The following will go into the details of each.
Note: I made a conscious decision in October, 2012 to be as prepared as I can be going into the 2013 CrossFit Games Open with the stated goal of going to the NorCal Regional as a competitor. What happens in The Open will happen, but I will be the most ready as I have ever been for a CrossFit competition.
Since late September, 2012 when I attended the CrossFit Competitors Course in San Diego, I’ve gone back on The Zone for an eating plan. I got some initial bodyweight measurements and I’m prescribed for 19 blocks of food a day. If you need more info about The Zone Diet, let me google that for you. Here’s a view of a 5 block meal. This was my “2nd” breakfast. I eat my first meal at 5:00am. I don’t photograph that early as my brain barely gets the avocado in the bowl with canned salmon and a piece of fruit.
